Course 14 - BOHS P405 - Management of Asbestos in Buildings
4 day course

A 4-day module following the British Occupational Hygiene Society syllabus, designed to cover the management of asbestos in buildings and auditing of asbestos abatement.

The syllabus involves a written examination and a practical assessment testing the ability to evaluate method statements, inspect enclosures and hygiene units and convert any survey data into an action plan. On reaching the required standard, delegates are awarded the BOHS P405 Proficiency Certificate

Aim

This module provides practical knowledge and skills to be able to manage asbestos in buildings and give a knowledge base to audit asbestos removal projects.

Anyone acting as asbestos duty-holder, asbestos manager or asbestos co-ordinator, or involved in the commission or auditing of asbestos removal projects.
